Some of the Nation and possibly the worlds best drivers are what make up the Exo Comp Division. These guys are dedicated to the sport on another level of competitiveness. Check out the Team below!!

Owners

  • Rico Martinez

    Owner, founder and designer of Exo RC and the original El Capitan chassis rails. Rico has a passion for driving SORRCA based R/C competitions, traveling the nation to compete. That competition has driven him to develop products that are unique and performance based.

  • Alyssa "Stick" Nutzmann

    Co-Owner, team manager and winch stick spotting badass. Not only is she the backbone of the company but Alyssa has a natural eye for the right line when spotting her drivers. If you see her on course you know it's game on!!

So Cal Team

  • Marco Sanchez

    With an incredible drive to become the best, Marco has joined Team Exo. Having vast R/C knowledge and experience while having the unconditional willingness to learn, he will compete with the best in the world.

  • Aaron Larochelle

    With amazing ideas and talent which he has loaned to Exo as a driver and lead designer, Aaron continually pursues performance on and off the course. We are excited to have him as a part of the team.

  • Gary Cooper

    Also known as Blk Betty, has an incredible passion for RC crawling. With an uncanny attention to detail and vast determination, he shows great potential to take over the crawling competition.

  • Rob Bronk

    Rob is a dedicated trail runner and our in house 3d Printing Artist, helping us to develop products. His attention to detail is uncanny on and off the rocks. Be sure to keep your eyes open for him out on the trails.

  • Salvador "Sal" Davalos

    The proud owner of ChavaLights, he brings his many years of RC experience to Team Exo. With his unrelentless dedication to the hobby you'll be sure to see him out on course, making his way to the podium.

  • Ramiro "El Gallo" Valencia

    "El Gallo" is a driver with real, raw talent, whose natural instincts give him the upper hand on course. His consistency and dedication to the sport is sure to bring him more podiums in the 2023 season.

North East

  • Dave Zettlemoyer

    A heavy hitter out of Pennsylvania, Dave is quiet off course but definitely makes his presence known with his impressive finishes. Winning 1st place in C1 and C3 at Supershafty Fall Crawl 2022 you'll be sure to see some action from him with his C2 El Capitan in 2023.

South East

  • Tom Lip

    Joining us from the South East, out of Alabama, we have Tom. His discipline and dedication to the sport has led him to attend Scale Nationals, The Tennesse State Championships and more. Keep your eyes open for him this year.

  • Jason Clark

    Here we have a well known face from the state of Kentucky. Jasons love and dedication for RC is unmatched; with crawling competitively at the top of that list. Hes has compiled a number of podiums at his local club events. Expect that dedication to bring him some wins this year.

  • Chris Wilkerson

    A great fresh addition to the Team from the edge of Indiana and Kentucky. Chris is well versed in competitive driving sports and we expect to see some of that experience shine this season. With multiple podium spots already hes sure to bring some home this season.

Down South

  • Gary Bazanele

    From very near to the heart of Texas we have a proven competitor in the RC community. With some big series championship wins including 4.19 Trail Class and 4.75 Modified Class in Rig Killer comps last year, he's sure to be a top competitor in 2023.

Worldwide

  • Lior Dar

    We have our first international Team Driver out of Israel, Lior Dar. Meticulous with a competitive mind gives Lior his edge when it comes to competing. With some big wins in 2022 we'll be sure to see some international podiums!!
