The Exo Sporty Portal Axle is built for drivers looking to maximize performance while keeping unnecessary weight to a minimum. At 241mm / 9.48” hex face to hex face, the Sporty Portal delivers a wide, stable footprint, increased portal clearance, and an impressive 60° of steering.

Machined from 7075 aluminum with a polished finish, the Sporty Portal features a carbon fiber lay-down servo mount, keeping the servo low and compact for improved packaging and a lower center of gravity.

Unlike our heavyweight configurations, the Sporty comes standard with lightweight knuckles and lightweight portal covers, giving builders greater control over exactly where and how much weight is added to the front axle. The design works exceptionally well with Dlux Loaded Dice Weight Hangers, allowing weight to be strategically positioned at the ends of the axle without unnecessarily increasing overall axle weight.

8° C-hubs and Grade 5 titanium steering and tie-rod links provide a strong, precise steering system capable of taking full advantage of the axle’s 60° steering angle.

The Sporty Portal utilizes 6mm stub shafts with included hexless-style hubs, providing a clean, purpose-built wheel mounting solution.

Choose from Capra based Portal Box gear sets, Stock 23/12, 24% 21/14 or 36% 20/15. 

For builders looking for a complete drivetrain solution, the Sporty Portal is available with our AR44-based Exo 30/8T ring and pinion and titanium locker.
